Job summary

Liquorland in Sans Souci, Sydney, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead a dynamic team and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage payroll, rostering and liquor inventory, maintain a welcoming store atmosphere, and contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding safety and compliance standards. This role requires RSA certification or commitment to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer facing environments.
• Social, enjoy chatting with people, and delivering an awesome customer experience.
• Strong admin skills including payroll, rostering, liquor inventory, and keeping the store visually appealing.
