Just Jeans Canberra is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team to success in Australia's denim destination. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service, while celebrating denim expertise.

This full-time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays, with a structured training plan to develop leadership skills and product knowledge.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in customer service.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
