You’ll lead a 10+ strong team on the shop floor, drive KPIs and deliver a customer-first experience in a dynamic automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management or leadership experience
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and reporting
• Commitment to safety and WHS compliance
• Mechanical experience is a bonus, diverse backgrounds welcomed
