Retailors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Nike store in Miranda. You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and drive the Ultimate Retail Experience while upholding Retailors' values of Leadership, Care, Accountability, Transparency and Innovation.

You will foster a positive culture, manage day-to-day operations, and push to exceed sales targets with a focus on customer delight and operational excellence in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to coach a team to achieve strong results.
• Ownership and accountability across store operations.
