Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a large team and drive exceptional customer experiences across Grocery, Online and Nightfill. You will partner with Managers to deliver strong in-store performance, coach teams and embody Everyday ACTs to create a welcoming, safe and customer-centric store environment.

• Support development of wider store team and future leaders.
• Use data to understand customer needs and prioritise store goals.
• Deliver KPIs across Grocery, Online and Nightfill with proper resourcing and training.
• Support community partnerships and contribute to Sustainability Plan.
