Qualifications

• Retail management or leadership experience across high-volume environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail and related product categories.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety and WHS compliance in a fast-paced store environment.
