Bed Bath N’ Table in Hurstville is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This leadership role supports the Store Manager to coach, develop and mentor the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store sales.

You will work with a rotating roster that supports work-life balance and provides opportunities for career progression within a 100% Australian owned business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a store team to achieve KPIs.
