Job summary

Decjuba Green Hills is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance and lead a dedicated DREAMTEAM. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, empower team members and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You’ll contribute to growth at an Australian-owned brand, champion development opportunities, and help shape the store’s direction while maintaining a supportive, energetic environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team or store floor management preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations.
• Deliver amazing customer experiences and drive sales performance.
• Support visual merchandising and stock control to reflect DECJUBA standards.

We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Greenhills to the next level!

DECJUBA Green Hills is our most northern store and a favourite among local shoppers. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, motivate the team, and create memorable customer experiences. With free staff parking and collaboration with nearby Kotara and Charlestown stores, this is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills in a friendly, community-driven environment.
