Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Adelaide to support the Store Manager, drive KPI performance, and lead the team on busy days. Your role includes ensuring great customer service, store presentation, and stock control.

• Retail or hospitality experience is helpful.

• Assist Store Manager to meet targets and KPIs.
• Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence.

A day in the life

As our ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
• In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goals
• Overseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management
