Job summary

ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Melbourne area to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to manage rostering, reporting, and multi-million-dollar store performance, ensuring efficient service for customers.

You will be part of a leadership team that values safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer experiences, with a comprehensive training program and clear career progression within our growing Australian

• Keep your store looking top-notch, upholding the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Manage our stock, keeping an eye on inventory, and minimising losses.
• Work alongside your team on registers, filling shelves and merchandising special buys.
• Identify opportunities for improvement – we love a good idea!
• Ensure our stores run smoothly, helping to keep our customers Australia’s most satisfied.
• Step up and run the store whilst the Store Manager is on leave.

• Market-leading remuneration in the range of $108,999.07 - $115.367.62*.
• 45 hours per week contract.
• Comprehensive retail leadership training program from day 1.
