DECJUBA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to elevate the Eastgardens store, partnering with the Store Manager to run daily operations, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional service.

You will gain hands-on experience in leadership, visual merchandising, and driving sales within an empowering, Australian-owned brand on a growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion with strong visual merchandising and styling instincts.
• Experience in a medium to large retail business preferred.
• Willingness to lead and develop a DREAMTEAM in-store and virtually.
