You will work a Sunday–Thursday roster, lead store operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding Universal Store standards. This role provides training and development opportunities to advance your retail career.

Skills and Experience

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus withabilityto motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
