Responsibilities

• Build a culture of development that inspires and engages the team, creating future leaders and high performance.
• Embed customer excellence while growing the business through clear direction and operational excellence.
• Bring a commercial eye to the store, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
• Support the Store Manager to manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets.
• Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation and engage the team in global impact projects.
