Our Assistant Store Manager roles are a gateway to the Store Manager role which provides an opportunity for our future retail leaders to learn and hone their leadership skills for appointment into their own store.
As an Assistant Store Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets, you are at the forefront of delivering value to our customers and creating a great place to work and grow careers for our team.
As a leader who cares, you will play a key role in coaching and supporting the Grocery Manager, Online Manager, and Nightfill Manager to deliver to our customers through a connected team. You will have the opportunity to play an active role in leading the Store with the Store Manager to provide our customers with a great place to shop and for our team to grow their careers.
We serve over 1000+ communities which means our Assistant Store Managers need to lead their large and dynamic teams in a connected and caring way to deliver consistently good shopping experience for our customers.
