A well-established furniture store in Gold Coast City is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Leader to help manage the daily operations of the Helensvale showroom. You will support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets and motivating your team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail management experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong leadership capabilities. This position offers a competitive salary between $60,000 and $65,000, plus bonuses and commissions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Store Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Helensvale showroom. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Leader to manage the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets. The Assistant Store Leader will also be responsible for personally leading the sales of the store.
