Job Description

Are you ready to make a significant impact and inspire change within a dynamic warehouse environment? ALDI is seeking an Assistant Section Leader ready to step up and drive excellence across our warehouse operations. From handling incoming goods, managing inventory, to training our dedicated team, you will help ignite a new standard in warehouse operations, ensuring smooth function at every turn.

What does the role involve?

• Guiding the pulse of our warehouse, you'll schedule preventative maintenance and manage maintenance requests, perform equipment inspections and oversee repair operations.
• Coordinating and meeting with contractors.
• Help to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best.
• Safety is paramount – you'll drive the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, reporting any incidents, hazards, or near misses to keep our team members safe.
• Proactively identifying areas of improvement, driving operational excellence at every opportunity.
• Utilise resources effectively to strike the balance between meeting efficiency and upholding our high-quality and safety standards.
