The Role

As our Assistant Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success through operational excellence, team leadership, and customer engagement. Your Mission:

  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve daily and weekly targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies that drive success.
  • Ensure the store consistently looks flawless and operations run smoothly, from counter service to shift transitions, maintaining excellence at every step.
  • Help oversee daily operations, including managing rosters, visual merchandising, and inventory, ensuring a seamless customer experience every time.
  • Assist in coaching, inspiring, and leading the team to exceed individual goals, fostering a culture of growth and achievement that drives store success
  • Create a vibrant, high-energy team environment, motivating every team member to perform at their best while maintaining a safe and enjoyable workplace.
