Job summary

Bank of China is seeking a junior-level analyst to support basic credit risk data analysis, portfolio monitoring and regular risk reporting. The role will assist with identifying credit risk issues and APRA regulatory reporting under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities include analyzing credit ratings and lending portfolio movements, preparing risk analysis reports and APRA returns, and maintaining credit risk policies in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably banking or professional services.
• Experience in Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar analytical role.

• Prepare regular HO and local risk analysis reports, including but not limited to regularly inventory review reports and risk management meeting materials.

Experience/Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably banking or professional services.
• Experience in Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar analytical role

Knowledge/Skills:

• Experience in handling data, strong analytical skills and frequent user of Excel, SQL preferable but not mandatory
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Result oriented, with a can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written language ability in both English and Mandarin
