Job summary

Priceline Pharmacy Sunshine Plaza is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager or a Supervisor ready for their next challenge. You will lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service and visual-merchandising excellence, driving store performance.

The role requires several years of retail experience with proven supervisory capability, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including late nights and weekends. This is a full-time, in-store position located at Sunshine Plaza.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and manage store expenses including wages and shrinkage through understanding financial reports.
• Lead by example with loss prevention and health & safety.
• Support marketing campaigns and grow the SisterClub loyalty program.
• Provide training and development support to the team for continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Retail Manager, or a Supervisor looking for their next challenge. We are seeking an ambitious individual who has a passion for retail, a love of customers and a drive to deliver results to join our team. You’ll support the achievement of Priceline’s vision and purpose by assisting the team at Sunshine Plaza to achieve the store’s financial and customer experience targets and promote Priceline as the destination for Health and Beauty. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help inspire and lead the store team to deliver a customer focused shopping experience for every customer, every time
• Make our customers fall in love with our products through your flair for visual merchandising and creating an inviting and product focused environment
• Be responsible for maximising sales and controlling store expenses including wages and shrinkage through a strong understanding of financial reports, ensuring profitable store operations
• Lead by example and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of loss prevention, and health & safety
• Demonstrate a flair for executing marketing campaigns and a commitment to growing our customer loyalty program, SisterClub
• Provide your team with support and guidance in the area of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement
