Red Rooster, Australia’s iconic chicken brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mount Isa City. You will lead and develop our crew, support the Restaurant Manager, and ensure smooth operations, great food, and memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will use strong business sense to optimise profit, drive continuous improvement, and uphold our high standards while inspiring the team to deliver everyday smiles for our customers.

We are looking for Assistant Managers right now!

As an Assistant Manager you will lead and develop our team and support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant. You will lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will use your strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down all whilst improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
