Zeus Street Greek in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading day-to-day operations during fast-paced service periods.

You will help drive team performance, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and assist with labour, inventory and store finances while bringing lightning bolt energy to every shift. This role offers competitive pay, career progression to Restaurant Manager, and comprehensive training.
