Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and guide the team through busy service periods. You will lead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to inventory and finances management.

We value leadership, performance focus, and a proactive attitude. RSA and safety certifications are preferred; flexibility to work a rotating roster is expected.

Qualifications

• RSA, Food Safety Supervisor, First Aid certificates (or the willingness to obtain them)
• Previous leadership experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality or QSR environment
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving strong team performance

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations
• Guide and coach the team through busy service periods
• Spearhead crew training and development
• Elevate guest experience and service standards
• Manage inventory and finances alongside the management team
