Journey Beyond in Melbourne invites an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at Eureka 89. You’ll partner with the Operations Manager to deliver premium dining and events, coaching staff and maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced venue.
Experience in premium hospitality, strong leadership and RSA, First Aid/CPR, and food safety certifications are required. A rotating roster including evenings and weekends is expected.
Eureka 89 is the stunning events and dining space on the top floor of Eureka Tower in Melbourne. We host a wide variety of events - corporate lunches, dinners or cocktail parties, media launches, private milestone celebrations and weddings. We also operate a chef’s tasting dining room, open to the public throughout the week.

We're seeking an energetic, guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional events and dining experiences in a premium hospitality environment. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, leading front-of-house teams, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring every guest experience is memorable.
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and creating a positive team culture.
