Job summary

Red Rooster is looking for an Assistant Manager in Colac to lead and develop the team, supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering smooth restaurant operations and excellent customer experiences.

You will motivate staff, drive performance in a fast-paced setting, and help maintain our brand standards while controlling costs and enhancing the customer journey.

We are looking for Assistant Managers right now!

As an Assistant Manager you will lead and develop our team and support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant. You will lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will use your strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down all whilst improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
