Job summary

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust seeks a full-time Assistant Psychologist to join the Croydon Community Learning Disabilities Team (CLDT) and Intensive Support Team (IST). The post is split 0.6 in CLDT and 0.4 in IST, with both teams co-located.

The successful candidate will support adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, applying CBT, mindfulness, and other therapeutic approaches under supervision, and contribute to audits, data collection, and service development.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology or equivalent.
• Interest in clinical psychology and development of skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering psychology services under supervision.
• Participate in audits, data collection and research projects.
• Support service development and staff teaching under supervision.
