City of Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of Queen Victoria Market renewal projects. You will provide project coordination, administration and reporting across multiple renewal initiatives, working with the Principal Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure timely milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Assistant Project Manager/Contract Administration experience within construction, architecture and/or engineering.
• Experience creating, updating and managing schedules using MS Project.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritising skills, with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of precinct renewal projects through effective project coordination and administration.
• Coordinate project activities across the Precinct Renewal, City Projects and broader project teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials and project updates.
