Job summary

White Fox Boutique Pty is seeking an Assistant Product Developer in Sydney, Australia. You will support the Product Development team across design, sampling and production, ensuring accurate specs and high-quality garments.

You will assist with tech packs, maintain garment standards, manage samples, and conduct market research to keep products ahead of trends in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of garment development.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• General skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Development team in design, sampling and production processes.
• Assist with measurement specs and tech packs for production.
• Maintain garment tech standards and ensure quality control of samples.
• Manage samples daily and liaise with suppliers professionally.
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting to improve products.

Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Product Developer to join our team!

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to support the Product Development team in all aspects of design, sampling & production processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a part of the Product Development team to ensure the business is keeping ahead of trends and staying relevant
• Assist the team with measurement specs & tech packs for production
• Ensure garment tech standards are maintained and a high degree of attention to detail
• Maintaining the sample racks in a clean, organised & professional manner
• Manage samples on a daily basis and ensure all comments and supplier relationships are handled professionally and efficiently
• Random quality control checks of bulk orders delivered to the warehouse
• Improve the products being developed by conducting market research & trend forecasting
• A passion for design & style
• Basic understanding of garment development
