Job summary

SchoolHouse is partnering with a Catholic College for girls in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The Assistant Principal | Teaching & Learning will provide strategic leadership in curriculum, learning and professional growth, guiding teaching practice and school improvement within a nurturing Catholic environment.

You will work with the Principal and executive leadership to develop priorities, evaluate outcomes and build leadership capacity among staff, while ensuring accreditation and VIT

Qualifications

• Tertiary teaching qualifications and accreditation to teach in a Catholic school preferred.
• Postgraduate leadership qualifications encouraged.
• Current VIT registration or eligibility to gain.
• Proven experience in school leadership and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teaching & Learning priorities across the College.
• Provide strategic leadership in curriculum, learning, teaching and professional growth.
• Report directly to the Principal.
• Build leadership capacity and support staff through professional growth and shared accountability.
