Qualifications
A Diploma in Children’s Services or a related ECEC or Teaching qualification.
Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and administration.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A valid Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid & CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.
Responsibilities
Support the daily running of the service.
Assist with child-led, play-based programming.
Provide guidance to educators and support staffing needs.
Maintain compliance and support administration processes.
Engage positively with children, families, schools, and the local community.
