Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a dedicated Night Manager/Night Auditor to provide warm, professional service during the overnight shift at our NSW property. You’ll check guests in and out, oversee night operations, and ensure safety and smooth overnight performance across rooms and F&B.

Bring prior front office or night audit experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. You’ll collaborate with all departments to maintain standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office or night audit roles within a hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to process guest transactions and nightly audits.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service while efficiently checking guests in and out.
• Assist with night operations and deliver a warm, personalised welcome experience for guests.
• Step up to cover Night Manager days off, overseeing all night operations and ensuring safety and security.
• Monitor and support the performance of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage overnight.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain service standards and resolve operational issues.
• Complete accurate night audit tasks and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.

• Monitor and support the performance of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments overnight.

• Complete accurate night audit tasks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in front office or night audit roles within a hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process guest transactions and complete nightly audit reports.
• Confident using hotel systems for reservations, payments, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a guest-first approach.
• Knowledge of hotel policies, WH&S standards, and cashiering procedures.
• Ability to work independently overnight while leading and motivating teams across multiple departments during overnight shifts
