Kennards Self Storage in New South Wales (Waterloo) is seeking a self-motivated Full Time Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, build rapport and provide storage solutions. You will work as part of a privately owned family business known for leadership and brand strength.

Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries via phone, email, web, and walk-ins, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a clean, well-presented facility.

We currently have an opportunity for a self motivated Full Time Assistant Manager to join our team. The position has a key focus on customers with the need to have the ability to build rapport and trust through excellent service in order to find the best storage solution. If you like to serve and understand customer needs then we will train you to be a self storage expert.

Professionally handling all customer enquires via phone, email, internet and walk in are key to the success of this position. Additional responsibilities are sales targets, property presentation and cleanliness.
