- Ensure efficient coordination and logistic/administrative support for training activities, analyze training matrix to provide actionable insights & collaborate closely with stakeholders to execute the annual training plan effectively. Beside talent development, assist HRBP in talent sourcing through internship program/management, HR analytics and performance analysis.
- What Assistant Manager Training & HRBP - MMBL does?
- Planning & Execution:
- • Assist line manager/Head of Function in annual internal/external training planning for Business staff (Field & HO)
- • Prepare monthly and weekly training planners as per annual business plan
- • Ensure the annual training planners are as per TNA’s and business needs
- • Ensure the execution of training as per annual planners, TNA’s & business requirements
- • Assist line manager/Head of Function in planning of soft skills development training planning and execution
- • Ensure training modules are available as per monthly planners & keep proper records
- • Ensure execution of trainings on LMS and maintain the records
- Coordination & Stakeholders management:
- • Coordination with all stakeholders in training executions
- • Liaise with internal/external trainers to align training content & delivery with organizational needs.
- • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure their participation and facilitate training initiatives
- • Coordinate with filed & HO business team in all LMS trainings
- • Coordination and working relations with HRBP team in skills development programs, employee engagement activities, employer branding, Campus drives & related functions
- • Assist HRBP team in data gathering, dashboard and data management
- Logistic & Administrative support:
- • Provide administrative support in training initiatives
- • Ensure provision of training materials, equipment & Resources
- • Assist in training budgets, expense monitoring & record
- • Liaison with hotels in training arrangements as per annual training programs
- Reporting & Insights:
- • Keep proper record of all internal/external trainings including participants and trainers’ details
- • Maintain proper dashboard for management review and insights
- • Attendance record keeping in all internal/external trainings
- • LMS training records and training matrix
- Training feedbacks & TNA’a:
- • Using appropriate mechanism to get participants feedback after each internal/external training
- • Proper record keeping of feedbacks and sharing with management/trainers
- • Employees TNA’s through various sources including employee surveys
- • Close coordination with HRBP to get insight in TNA’s for field and HO staff
- Assist & Coordinate HRBP related tasks:
- • Internship management of new pool across the network
- • Assist HRBP in talent sourcing, interviews arrangements, candidate’s coordination and related tasks
- • Coordination with branches/regions in staff related activities
- Any other task:
- • Bank may assign any other related task from time to time

- • Hold Bachelor Degree from a reputable Institution in Human Resources or any related subject.
- • Having experience of more than 1 years in the same capacity
