Job summary

Domino's in Mount Isa City is seeking a store leader with hands-on team leadership experience to coach and develop a high-performing crew. You will drive a culture of excellence, deliver memorable customer experiences, and guide rostering, planning and training across the team.

In this role you’ll manage scheduling, control costs, forecast needs, and foster supplier relationships while motivating staff to sell more pizza with energy and fun. A dynamic, high-speed environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on team leadership or senior team roles, including coaching.
• Strong communication and time-management skills for fast-paced retail.
• Ability to drive quality standards and customer experience.
• Organisational and planning capabilities in store operations.
