Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking an Restaurant Leadership Team member reporting to the Restaurant Manager to drive guest-obsessed service and People Power values across service and production areas.

You will lead a team, execute promotions, develop staff, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for guests and team members.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business.
