As Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to uphold our heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence in every interaction. This is more than handling transactions; it's about creating connections, building loyalty, and delivering a store experience that reflects the very best of Loake. You will play a pivotal role in both retaining our valued customers and introducing new ones to the brand, through relationship building, and exceptional service.
