Job summary

Whiddon is seeking a dedicated AIN for Beaudesert on a casual basis with the potential to transition to a permanent role. You will join our team focused on relationship-based care, with flexible shifts across AM, PM and Night to suit personal circumstances.

Applicants should have a Cert III or IV in Individual Support or be willing to undertake these studies, plus a minimum of 2 years AIN experience in aged care. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Willing to live in or travel to Beaudesert.
• Casual role with potential transition to permanent.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support as part of a team.
• Cover shifts across AM (0600–1400), PM (1400–2200) and Night (2200–0600) on 7 days a week.

We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon family at Beaudesert, on a casual basis with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. We are looking for someone that is willing to work all shifts (AM shift- 0600-14:00 | PM shift 1400 to 2200 | Night shifts 2200-0600AM) across all 7 days of the week.

We are looking for candidates that hold a Cert III or IV in Individual Support, or equivalent (or who are willing to undertake these studies) and with minimum of 2 years AIN experience in Aged Care.

You must live within the area or be willing to travel to Beaudesert.

Visa sponsorship is not available in this position.
