Job summary

Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is seeking caring Assistants in Nursing to join the Rosalie Aged Care Centre. You will support residents to maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful connections in a safe, welcoming environment.

Casual roles are available with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights. Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent), experience in residential aged care, and a current National Police Clearance.

• Genuine empathy for older people and understanding of their needs.
• Ability to provide high-quality personal care, continence support, and safe manual handling.
• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) – essential.
• Previous experience in residential aged care.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Availability to work any shift.
