Job summary

LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping 2IC to support the Sydney team and cover the Housekeeping Manager on days off. The role requires leadership, hands-on supervision, and a commitment to upskilling toward management. Weekend availability is a must.

The successful candidate will lead a team, manage daily payroll and rostering, and maintain high service standards in a 4- or 5-star environment, while upholding health and safety and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team in 4-5 star hotels.
• Strong inter-departmental relationship building.
• Payroll management knowledge.
• Rotating roster availability.
• Full Australian working rights.
