  • Collaborate with programme, commercial, supply chain and corporate teams to enable positive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement across the Legal function.
  • Work closely with the Australian General Counsel and global legal teams on high‑visibility matters and strategic initiatives.
  • Operate effectively across international time zones, engaging with global stakeholders where required.
  • Undertake occasional domestic or international travel in support of programme and business needs.
What you’ll bring
  • A law degree and current Australian practising certificate.
  • 4–7 years’ post‑qualification experience, with strong commercial or corporate law experience gained from an in‑house environment or reputable law firm.
  • Experience working with commercial contracts, corporate governance, procurement, major projects and/or technology‑related matters is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational savvy — able to navigate a large, matrixed organisation and manage corporate dynamics with confidence.
  • Ability to communicate with influence, demonstrating executive presence and gravitas when engaging senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, identify risks early, and offer practical guidance.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative, relationship‑driven approach with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and global environments.

  • We offer you a range of benefits built to suit you, no matter what stage of life you are in.
  • Flexible work & Hybrid work options.
