Job summary

Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Cobblebank is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator to join Room 4 – Adventurers on a part-time basis. You’ll support experienced educators and help deliver safe, engaging experiences for children.

The role requires flexibility across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, and a genuine love of helping children learn and grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility across different rooms and age groups
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

is looking for a passionate and flexible Assistant Educator to join our team in Room 4 – Adventurers on a part-time basis.

About the role

As an Assistant Educator, you’ll work alongside our experienced team to support the delivery of high-quality education and care. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

This is a part-time position, with the successful candidate required to be flexible across our operating hours of 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• The flexibility and adaptability to work across different rooms and age groups
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to work
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
