Job summary

Eden Academy Thornlands is seeking a Float Educator to nurture young learners in a warm, safe, family‑like environment. You’ll support play, learning, and daily routines across rooms, building strong connections with children and families.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• Warm, professional presence and genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Two professional references, including one from a manager/supervisor in childcare or education
