Eden Academy Thornlands is hiring a Float Educator to nurture learners through playful learning and strong adult partnerships. You will create engaging spaces, connect with families, and support our open-plan rooms across a 6:30am–6:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-recognised equivalent.
• Must hold a current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence and genuine passion for early learning.
• Confidence connecting with children, families and community.
• Two professional references including a supervisor.

In your role as a Float Educator;

What You’ll Bring:

• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
