Job summary

Early Learning Victoria Numurkah, opened in 2026 and co-located with Numurkah Primary School, is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver high-quality programs.

You will work alongside the Centre Director to ensure regulatory compliance, assist staff recruitment and enrolment management, and foster a positive, sustainable workforce within a community-focused centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in ECE or teaching qualification required.
• Experience leading teams in early childhood education and care.
• Strong knowledge of ECEC legislation and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations alongside Centre Director.
• Assist in delivering high-quality programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and organisational policies.
• Support staff recruitment, development and enrolment management with ELV Central team.
• Foster a positive team culture contributing to a sustainable workforce.
