Details: This position is currently located within Technology Operations in Digital Health Group (DHG). A consultation process is underway regarding the future organisational structure, and the position may transfer to another business area following completion of that process. Any changes will be communicated to applicants throughout the recruitment process.

The role will undertake day to day operational support of assigned systems and infrastructure used and supported by Digital Canberra - Digital Health Group.

The role will work in the Identity and Access team within the DHG Security Hub to support a number systems related to identity and access management. These systems include the TruCredential access card printing software and Imprivata OneSign, which provides workstation authentication and application SSO workflows to clinical users. The support of these services will require the successful candidate to be able to perform business analysis, configuration, testing and troubleshooting for these platforms both independently, within the team and in conjunction with a third-party vendor or other stakeholders.

The position is required to engage in continual problem solving, complex and sensitive issues management, have outstanding multi-tasking skills and the capability to prioritise issues constantly.

Occasionally when required, the role will be required to provide technical support outside of usual business hours for emergency or urgent issues. This will be using either on-call or emergency overtime arrangements.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: The position requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and possessing an active security clearance at the ASVGA Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) level as an eligibility qualification for the position. If screening is not successful, your employment will not commence or, if already commenced, your employment will be reassessed.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
