Job summary

Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton is seeking an Assistant Director: Schools (Northern Region) to join the Leadership Team and drive Catholic education across the Northern Region. The role offers flexible location within the Diocese, travel across the region and a commitment to quality, inclusive Catholic schooling.

You will lead a portfolio of Kindergartens, Primary Schools and Colleges with a strong emphasis on school improvement, Catholic identity and strategic governance, reporting to

Qualifications

Practising Catholic with commitment to Catholic education
Senior leadership experience in Catholic education
Ability to lead school improvement initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships
Willingness to travel within the Diocese

Responsibilities

Lead and support Catholic Kindergartens, Schools and Colleges in the Northern Region
Develop and implement a shared vision of Catholic Kindergartens, Schools and Colleges in the Northern Region
Provide leadership, support and supervision of initiatives in all Catholic Kindergartens, Schools and Colleges in the Northern Region
Report to the Diocesan Director, Catholic Education - Diocese of Rockhampton
