Job summary

Only About Children Hampton is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to support the Campus Director and Educational Leader in creating a nurturing, high-performing environment for children, families and educators. You will mentor educators, build strong family relationships and champion best practice across the campus.

As a confident leader with a collaborative style, you’ll contribute to wellbeing, safety and engaging learning daily, while contributing to performance reviews and career

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care
• 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
• Supportive and proactive leadership style
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Full-time, can-do attitude and passion for the role

About The Role

As Assistant Director, you'll be the right-hand support to our Campus Director and Educational Leader - working together to create a positive, nurturing, and high-performing environment for children, families, and educators alike.

About You

You're a confident, team-oriented professional who knows how to balance fun and focus. You'll bring:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
• A supportive and proactive leadership style
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
• A full-time, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do!
