We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director to join our dedicated team at Little World for Discoverers in Oxenford, QLD. This is a part‑time opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the smooth and enriching operation of our early learning centre.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist the Centre Director in providing strategic leadership and operational management of the centre
  • Oversee the implementation of high‑quality educational programs that support the wellbeing and development of children
  • Mentor and support the education team, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards
  • Engage with families, building strong partnerships to support children's learning and growth
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of the centre
What we're looking for
