Woolworths Group is seeking Assistant Department Managers in Australia to lead day-to-day department operations and collaborate across the store to deliver a superior shopping experience.

You will participate in our Store Leadership Pathway, learn key leadership skills, and have the opportunity to progress your retail career. Flexibility includes a 4-day work week to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and role model ways to delight our customers through Everyday ACTs
• Make safety a top priority for team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store
• A strong desire to learn department operations in order to provide great support to the department team on a day to day basis
• An ability to work well with others through collaboration to achieve great outcomes
