Job summary

Snap Fitness North Ryde is seeking a motivated Assistant Club Manager to join on a casual basis. You’ll work closely with the Club Manager on day-to-day club operations, with a strong focus on sales, lead follow‑up, customer service and member engagement.

This hands‑on role involves admin, social media content creation, helping members and maintaining a clean, presentable gym while contributing to the club’s growth and long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Fitness and current First Aid/CPR.
• Certificate IV in Fitness is highly regarded.
• Working With Children Check and Police Check required.
• Previous sales, customer service or gym experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up leads by phone, SMS and other methods.
• Conduct gym tours and present membership options.
• Convert leads into members and hit sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and engage members.
• Create social media content and help with club promotion.
• Assist with admin, cleaning and gym presentation as needed.
• Support Club Manager with day-to-day operations and teamwork.
