Job summary

Papilio Early Learning Ingleburn is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our supportive leadership team. You will partner with the Centre Manager to inspire educators, support daily operations, and drive high-quality education and care for children and families.

This role offers clear leadership growth within Affinity Education and a commitment to child safety, professional development, and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership, mentoring, and development of educators.
• Drive a positive culture that reflects Affinity's values of Love, Learn and Grow.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
• Assist with centre operations, rostering, enrolments, and occupancy growth.
• Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and company policies.
• Partner with the Centre Manager to achieve key business and quality outcomes.
• Foster continuous improvement and a culture of excellence across the service.
